This hotel is equal to 3 stars. All in all, it was reasonable base for traveling to Trussville. The rooms were good sized and had a kitchenette. Services included free Wi Fi

Everything was tidy and staff was wonderful.

I was there during renovation and no idea that there was going to be renovation.

Nothing. I booked room for son and daughter-in-law honeymoon. When they arrived the were refused a room. Somehow the booking was messed up by booking . com and the rude night clerk made no effort to accomodate them. I spoke with him on phone asked that he cancel the room for Dec 12th as room was supposed to be booked for Dec 5th. He didn't cancel and I got charged for accomodations never received. It seems they care less about their guests.

No room was given the honeymooning couple. They and myself were treated rudely. I was charged for room after being turned away, and still trying to get my money refunded.

The hotel was undergoing a total remodel that was not disclosed to us before arriving. Besides being total inconvenience, this was a major health issue for me due to lung problems. We had to seek accommodations elsewhere.

The staff were very nice and helpful

The carpet in the room was not very clean and when you walked in the front door of the hotel could smell cigarettes strongly the bed and bedding were very nice would think of painting the room doors a pale colour the brown makes it feel really dull and put lighter coloured carpets in the rooms every th hing needs lightened up but staff were very nice not in a good area kind of stuck out in the wilderness but guess it serves its purpose

The location was perfect for us!

The wifi was awful! We stayed 7 nights and the wifi only worked two nights. When we called the front desk, the gentleman wasn't very helpful either.

We were in a smoking room it was Cobb webs in the room the springs was popping in the mattress.people loud in the hotel.clerk had a nasty attitude!!! Will never stay again

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very welcoming and conversational. Rooms were clean and crisp. Ceiling fans in the room were a cute touch. Telephones in bathroom were a unique feature.

I wish there were outlets near for the ironing board and night stands. I did not like having the coffee pot in the bathroom- ewwh. Sofabed was Not comfortable by Any measure.

The hotel was a decent value for the price we paid

The price in my email conformation and on my checkout slip from hotel were the same however my card was charged a different amount. When I asked about it I was told it was a incidental deposit that would be credited back upon checkout and 4 days later I have still not seen a change in the charge or any sort of credit back to my account.

It was easy to locate and the desk person was very helpful.

Cleanliness and attractive lobby area.

Wonder if toilets were industrial strengths. The flush was extremely loud!

Good breakfasts, especially protein offerings. Fluffy scrambled seasoned well and crisp bacon.
