This hotel has a fantastic location close to restaurants and shopping, and the room is nicely decorated with a large window looking out onto the atrium.

our stay here was really great! We had zero complaints and would definitely recommend 🌟. The amenities at this place made our stay super enjoyable. The staff was so friendly and always there to help with any problems we had.

Extremely friendly staff. Well-appointed room with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Satisfactory breakfast with sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Clean pool and parking on site. Great wifi.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it's nice and incredibly friendly. The location is unbeatable in the area we wanted to stay. The venue was near nice restaurants, the usual "factory", and Birmingham. The hotel was 2 miles away from Church of the Holy Cross. The service was great, I had 2 quiet nights here.

We liked this stay. The hotel was located short walk to restaurants as well as the usual `` factory ''. The location was absolutely perfect there, close to Birmingham airport.

Nothing. I booked room for son and daughter-in-law honeymoon. When they arrived the were refused a room. Somehow the booking was messed up by booking . com and the rude night clerk made no effort to accomodate them. I spoke with him on phone asked that he cancel the room for Dec 12th as room was supposed to be booked for Dec 5th. He didn't cancel and I got charged for accomodations never received. It seems they care less about their guests.

No room was given the honeymooning couple. They and myself were treated rudely. I was charged for room after being turned away, and still trying to get my money refunded.

The carpet in the room was not very clean and when you walked in the front door of the hotel could smell cigarettes strongly the bed and bedding were very nice would think of painting the room doors a pale colour the brown makes it feel really dull and put lighter coloured carpets in the rooms every th hing needs lightened up but staff were very nice not in a good area kind of stuck out in the wilderness but guess it serves its purpose

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and spacious with large windows overlooking the atrium. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, right off the freeway with lots of restaurants close by in the Trussville area.

No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

We were in a smoking room it was Cobb webs in the room the springs was popping in the mattress.people loud in the hotel.clerk had a nasty attitude!!! Will never stay again

The hotel was undergoing a total remodel that was not disclosed to us before arriving. Besides being total inconvenience, this was a major health issue for me due to lung problems. We had to seek accommodations elsewhere.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. With reasonable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. The layout proved convenient for keeping food and drinks separate and out of sight. The hotel's location, though seemingly stuck out in the wilderness, was actually perfect with many restaurants nearby.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.
